IMPORTANT-- PLEASE READ

Before Your Appointment

  • Please confirm your appointment 48 business hours (Monday-Thursday) prior to your appointment.
  • To help ensure patients arriving for their appointments are healthy, BCC Smiles will be emailing a mandatory questionnaire for patients and guardians to complete one business day prior to your dental appointment.
  • IF you answer YES to any of the questions, please reschedule your dental appointment.

At Your Appointment

  • Please arrive at the building 5 minutes prior to your appointment and call the office when you get here.
  • You will need to wait outside or in your car until we’re ready for you. This will reduce the number of people in the office and reduce the amount of time you’re close to other people.
  • Only patients with appointments and one guardian will be permitted into the office
    When you enter the office, please have a mask on and use the hand sanitizer.
  • You will have your temperature taken and recorded.

Other Changes Inside BCC Smiles

  • Toys and magazines have been removed from the waiting room.
  • Please do your best to maintain 6ft between you and others.
  • Dr. Lakhani and staff will be using different protective equipment than they’ve used at previous appointments. This includes different masks, face shields, gowns and eye protection.
  • BCC Smiles has also added two HEPA Air Cleaning Systems in the office that run continuously.
  • We use a cold fogger with Hypochlorous Acid (HOCL) between each patient and routinely throughout the office.
  • Prior to dental treatment, you will be asked to rinse with a hydrogen peroxide oral rinse to decrease pathogens in your mouth.

After Your Appointment

  • If you start feeling ill with the symptoms of COVID-19 within 14 days of your appointment, please contact the office to inform us
